I could make an argument for Chad, it's just that I don't really believe Chad wins this fight. I'm leaning towards Whitebeard through better skill, similar AP scaling but internally deeper into said AP value than Chad, Whitebeard's Devil Fruit negating conventional durability by rupturing Chad's insides and his Haki providing him multiple important qualities in this fight; including resistances against Soul Manipulation through Armament, slight Future Sight and Mind Reading through Kenbun and AP amplifications through Conquerors.

I hate doing this to my boy,but Right now he just lacks the tools to handle Primebeard,who essentially outclasses Chad in most things.
