If you mean the Apartment Complex Souren says "Shuku" and Mob is collapsed into a speck.
 
Inconclusive. Souren space-crushes the Ashen One and they revive every time they're killed, Souren's soul migrates to a spare body or he just regenerates from the apartment every time he's killed.

The Ashen One also has no way of getting past his threefold barrier as it negates magic from a range, would block projectiles, and depowers them/restrains them if they go in for melee.
 
I would like to point out that souren can throw ashen one into the walls like he did to Shiki

The Ashen One has enough physical AP to bust something comparable to the entire complex, trapping them in a wall won't work.

That said, unlike Shiki, Souren has no intention to keep the Ashen One alive, and will just utilize spells like Shuku to yoink them every time they come back.

Basically anything physical done by the Ashen One is countered by Souren teleporting around and phasing through attacks.

Breaking a wall from the inside would be based on lifting strength not striking strength (cause you can't build up speed to hit something if you can't move), but Ashen one has enough lifting strength for that too.
