"Carl, why did you beat up that woman?" Paul the llama asked the other llama named Carl. The ungulates were just two more of the customers currently residing in the bar, disregarding the brawling drunkards around them as Paul had slightly more pressing concerns that he felt needed to be addressed regarding Carl.
"She was late with my martini," Carl answered promptly, the gray-furred llama's latest victim laying unconcious on the floor nearby.
"She's not even an employee!" Paul retorted. "She just bumped into you."
"And that crossed the line for me. She didn't even apologize."
"You beat her up before she even had the chance! I saw her start to say sorry!"
"Well, she should have been quicker on the draw, and that's not my fault."
Right at that moment, the sound of approaching footsteps and an angry growl caught the llamas' attention, as Beast walked up to their table, glaring venom and daggers at Carl.
"...I think that's her husband," Carl just commented.
"Yeah, that's definitely her husband," Paul responded, before Beast grabbed Carl by his neck and tossed him into a nearby table, smashing the furniture to pieces.
"And now I've got a splinter," Carl commented as he stood up and faced off against Beast, the latter running towards him with his teeth and claws bared. "Now we're both upset."
