Ok, so imagine Mother 3, but without Pokey Minch. Now being replaced by Funny Valentine. There, that's all you get.

Rules:

- Funny has access to Love Train

- Lucas is at Low 7-B and has all of his equipments

- Lucas is given knowledge on D4C Love Train and how it functions

- Speed is equalized, Battle is via a Knock out

- Battle takes place in New Pork City

Basically, if there's even the slightest chance of Lucas winning, he's going to pull it off? Then I guess Lucas can attack Funny and kill him while he tries to attack Lucas, as he needs to go outside of Love Train to physically attack enemies, though that's not something he generally does, given the nature of Lucas's ability, it's going to happen regardless.
 
Ignoring fate/probability Manipulation for a sec, would his psionic abilities help here?

It would all depend if Valentine even tried to attack Lucas, if he did, he would lose. If he didn't, it would be inconclusive.

But seeing the rules it looks like Valentine doesn't have knownledge on Lucas' abilities, which means vote for Lucas FRA
 
I think Funny Valentine does have a chance.Hear me out. LT is a gap between space, said by Valentine himself. Valentine can completely cut himself off from Lucas or any of his moves. Also, Valentine still has D4C, which could get an alternate universe Lucas. And since D4C is an extremely fast stand, he could draw Lucas in the alternate universe and Lucas would be destroyed by himself.
 
Also, the way fortune misdirection works, Valentine could perhaps take the bad fortune of being attacked by a boy protected by fate and redirect it somewhere else. Plus, Valentine's LT can only be opened by infinite energy, which Lucas definitely cannot do.
 
If Valentine is within LT and Lucas has no spatial bypass hax, his hax would have to actually go through the infinite universes which constitute LT's barrier.
 
Valentine doesn't have a specific fatehax range. If he does, enlighten me. Still doesn't matter. LT is a gap between space, meaning even The Hand can't attack it. Lucas has no spatial bypass and neither does he have multi-dimensional range.
 
I was talking about Lucas' fatehax, not Valentine's (does he even has fatehax?). Valentine still cant do any harm to Lucas because there is a Higher Dimensional entity protecting him
