Welcome to Round 3 of the Battle for the World Tournament! In this match the Man of Steel of Red Son, Superman from DC Comics (Paulo.junior.969) fights the Sporeling from Spore (Uninown)!

End Game Sporeling used.

Speed equal.

Battle takes place in a random field on Earth.

FYI, Red Son Superman is strong enough to harm other Supermen that are equal to him which is 1.406 Yottatons and Sporeling is around baseline for being calcless, but he harmed Zarkhator who lived this.

Who wins?

Superman (Red Son):7 (Demon Takumo 31, Dargoo Faust, Edwardtruong2006, Christian Hidgon, A Stoned Orc, Genaricstickman, Paulo.junior.969)

Sporeling:

Inconclusive:

What's the extent of Sporeling's regen? If it isn't ridiculous, Superman has a solid AP and intelligence advantage, and should be able to take this with low difficulty.

I dont really know, but im likely assuming at default it is low. But to make up for it, the Sporeling could try to transmutate Superman via devolution.

Is it a fired projectile effect, or what? I'm just saying, it's well within this Superman's character to lead with Freeze Breath.

Also, looking at the numbers, I'm beginning to wonder if the AP gap isn't stomp-worthy.

Im gonna go invite Uninown to see this thread then. I dont know much about Spore, after all.

Superman`s heat vision and freeze breath are much better options for long range combat than Sporeling proyectiles, and the AP gap makes the battle easier to Red Son.

Voting Superman

Superman FRA. This particular iteration of Superman doesn't tend to mess around much either.
