Based on Saikou's comment:https://vsbattles.com/vsbattles/2666226

All Tier 2 feats scale from Chara who perform this feat: (Destroyed reality/the game itself, which contained countless timelines. While the exact number is unknown, the sheer number of resets performed by characters such as Flowey or Frisk would easily put the number in the Multiversal range. Also recreated the multiverse after the player gives up their soul)

Destroying countless of timelines is 2-B not 2-C from the Tiering System:

2-B: Multiverse level
Characters who can create and/or destroy 1001 to any higher finite number of universal 4-dimensional space-time continuums.

So, all these characters should be 2-B

The reason for the downgrade in the first place was because the number is unquantifiable, not countless. Im trying to put a reasonable amount on it and see how exactly they scale to the reality. But it takes time

If the number is unquantifiable, that is still 2-B. As long as it is over a 1000 universe/times creation or destruction, the feat is 2-B from the Tiering System

Depends on whether you can give a solid number for over a thousand. If not the current ratings are justified until future revisions (which will also decide if they scale to the full reality or not which they might).

Technically, the scaling is already on their profiles.

Flowey created enough timelines to exhaust literally every possible interaction he could have with people in the Underground to the point where they just seem like NPC's to him rather than people. That's well into 2-B.

Since Frisk was able to damage Photoshop Flowey (Slightly) it should indicate that Frisk can damage 2-B Characters but he won against Flowey with the help of Human Souls.

So Frisk + Human Souls = 2-B Frisk

From the looks of it, Frisk can only be 2-B if he has Human Souls.

(That is if you consider Flowey to be 2-B)

Flowey is getting downgraded soon since he doesnt scale to chara or the anomaly. He might be low 2-C to 2-C. Or unknown. Hard to say.

Are there really countless timelines in UT considering the fact that we have only one file for saving (unlike in DDLC where there are multiple files for saving)?

Yeah... save files being a timeline could very well pin the verse to low 2-C possibly 2-C (using flowers feat). It may very well be similar to what kronika did in mk11 where she reset one timeline constantly which is why "timelines" is plural. And there is everyone actually being reversed with the load (except for true reset where everything is erased and reset).

Also I have no idea why save files in ddlc are considered their own entire timelines or destroying them is considered destroying the timelines as opposed to the access.
