According to this surviving the core of the sun which has a temperature of 15 700 000K is Multi-City Block level+

Rimuru's Hellflare exceeds that by a lot, as his Hellflare has temperatures of several hundred million degrees:

"Then an ebony darkness covered the statue. Ignoring the surprised elementals, I launched a Hellflare at it. Again, a move I mastered from Benimaru. Focusing my concentration to a razor's edge, I kept its range as small as possible. Such focus wasn't necessary if I was just using it normally, but defining a specific range required full control over a massive amount of magicules. A dome about ten feet in radius, a size so compact not even Benimaru could conjure it, covered the statue. Even this was something I could only pull off with the help of the Great Sage. There was a massive foom sound, and when the dark dome disappeared, nothing remained. According to the Sage's calculations, the temperature inside the dome exceeded several hundred million degrees, enough to create a burning hell that vaporized everything in an instant. Even my own Cancel Temperature would be worthless against that. It was the strongest attack skill in existence, one nobody could ever resist. Not too useful against oversize monsters like Charybdis, but still. Its main weakness was how easily avoidable it was; it took long enough to create that simply running away worked pretty well. You couldn't just throw around an attack with an inherent weakness like this, or else your opponents would figure out how to deal with them. I had to save the big guns for situations like these."

As a good lowball, i think Rimuru should be Low 7-C with Hellflare, since the original calc of a far lower temperature is close to being Low 7-C.

We can probably calc the temperature change of the targeted matter. This is a VERY specific specification.

I lowballed cause no one will probably calc it, requested several calcs weeks ago and nothing has happen so my best bet is to lowball here.

If someone wants to help with this, that would be good though, this not as important as the other stuff i wanted calc.

It's extremely easy. I can do it when I get home; he literally tells you the variables needed for the calc.

Not sure if you need it, but here is info about the golem that got vaporized by hellflare:

"They were worried about me? I sure wasn't too concerned. I ran Analyze and Assess on the statue in front of me. And I almost choked. It was…nuts. A golem, built in magisteel from head to toe, with enough magical energy to put it beyond A rank. Stronger than the Sky Dragon I beat earlier. It was nearly ten feet tall, looking dignified and massive—I'd have to guess it weighed over thirty tons."

(27215.5 kg) × (510.7 J/kg)*(200,000,000-293 K) = 2.780x10^15 joules, High 7-C, Large Town level+

30 tons = 27215.5 kg

510.7 = Specific heat capacity of Steel

200,000,000 = lowest estimate of "hundreds of millions"

Hoping for a Low 7-C and getting High 7-C, and this is while lowballing the results as well and the area of the attack being minimalized as much as Rimuru could manage it.

I'd say the result is rather good, Celestial.

That said, although that is his hypothetical max, if he can't concentrate it further it would be impossible to hit the target with more energy.

I personally thought the concentration was less concentrating the fire power and more limiting the area of effect with same level of power.

But my grasp of English is literal garbage at times, so I won't be surprised I got it wrong.

After relooking at some things, this upgrade might be redudant.

I forgot about Ifrit's feat, by just being release from Shizue he created a storm, seen here at like 10:35.

Now looking at this and this, even a generic weak storm is Low 7-B.
