Kirei vs Joe Schmo (SCP-1504)

So how does 1504's stuff work? Particularly perception, empathic and memory manip. If they are melee ranged, Kirei throws a key and oneshots.

People do not register him as notable. He always blends into the background, and will be unnoticed. Him and his actions will always be percieved as normal. He could literally set off a nuke, and people would just be like "Eh, that was probably nothing." As the quote on his page says, he could literally comit the most horrible acts and no one would care or recognise them. There was a point in the profile where he punched a doctor and broke their nose, and then doctor was just like "Huh, my nose is bleeding, that's strange."

Also, it is out of character for Kirei to use more command spells than he needs to. He isn't gonna waste another 2 command spells just to one shot someone

But ... Kirei doesn't need CS here. Keys have stupid amount of blunt force (which makes no sense since they are swords), I was under the impression SCP would get knocked out by that since his profile says he can be knocked out by blunt force. If the guy just tanks them then Kirei shadow pins and calls it a day (if only the other rites could actually be used ffs).

Probably not (can't think of a way at least) but heres an idea, Kirei spews mud everywhere and burns down New York.

Angra is unrestricted so kirei doesn't notice his target and just floods the city with the mud anyway

He definitely could do that, but would he do so in character? It would also come down to if he manages to kill Joe before he sets of a nuclear blast or something with his tech manip

I mean, Kirei wants to birth Angra Mainyu. If he has the ability to do so, why wouldn't he? Joe is still metres away from Kirei, the nuke isn't gonna hit fast enough before the mud lights up the area.

It does make it an easy win/stomp. The real question now is, what would Joe do? Seeing as Kirei will never attack him, he has no win con meaning if Joe can win with his hax, its a stomp.

Problem is what's Kirei's potential move if there's no Angra Mainyu then, because at this rate he's just standing around waiting to be killed.

I guess kirei throws black keys pins Joe's shadows and gets an incap technically since Joe can't move?

Kirei isn't in the habit of pinning random peoples shadows with his keys. He still needs to perceive Joe as an enemy which doesn't seem to be the case.

I'm gonna give this an Inconclusive. I don't see Kirei being incidentilly killed in central park and Kirei has no way to recongnize who his actual opponent is. Both either leave the battlefield for an extended period or wait around for nothing to happen.

Inconclusive. Kirei may know of 1504's existence and supernaturality, but that doesn't mean he will do anything to react to him.
