Ok so, I saw a similar idea elsewhere where someone would take a character in a specific situation and swap them out with a different version of that character. So, I decided to do that with Shirou Emiya and Kirei Kotomine.
Fight Takes Place in the same Location as in Heaven's Feel, in front of the Presently Birthing from the Grail Angra Mainyu.
UBW Shirou is used.
Both Fighter's start out Unfatigued unlike the original (Cause then Kirei prolly just stomp's)
Both are In Character.
Shirou is fighting in order to Destroy the Grail, and Kirei desire's to see Angra Mainyu be birthed from said grail.
As such, the Win Conditions are as Follow's:
Shirou:
Kirei:
Essentially, if they Incon via knocking each other out or killing each other, Kirei win's due to Angra Mainyu being successfully born.
Speed is Unequalized
SBA Otherwise
I will change the rules of engagement should it be a stomp, but would prefer to keep them as close to the original as possible.

- Incapacitate Kirei Kotomine for a Sufficient Amount of Time to be able to Destroy the Grail
- Kill Kirei Kotomine so he cannot intervene with Destroying the Grail
- Destroy the Grail before Kirei Kotomine can stop him
Kirei:
- Kill Shirou Emiya so he cannot destroy the Grail
- Incapacitate Shirou Emiya long enough that Angra Mainyu is born
- Stall out Shirou until Angra Mainyu is born
