Issei discovers a man with a massive... heart

Idk much about 9-B Issei, but he did survive this. He also has the boosted gear.

However, Bond is far more skilled than Issei and should have no problem with repeatedly blasting sei/shooting him with the Golden Gun's piercing attacks. Plus, without boosts, I doubt Issei's gonna be doing much to the Vanquish. There's the whole invisibility thing too, which will throw Issei off a bit.

The amount of stompage here is absurd

Even assuming Bond is vastly more skilled, Issei has...

  • Speed amp to just "lolnou" him in speed
  • Attack Reflection to just throw everything back
  • Flight for an immense advantage in movement
  • Regenerative armor
  • Power neg and stat reducing, and adding power to his own
Iseei takes this with immense, stupid ease if this isn't already a stomp. Invisibility isn't bad... except Extrasensory Perception.

That wasn't sarcasm. I actually wanted to know.

Even with stat amping alone, he could very easily take this since Bond has no insane hax. I'm unsure if your statement of "they only have boost" is accurate, but I'm unfamiliar.

Stat Amp is enough to take down Bond, whose best hax is that he is relatively good at fighting and has an invisible vehicle because the writers were lazy that day.
 
Iirc, boosting drains Issei's stamina by quite a bit, and can boost only after another 10 seconds.

Also Issei doesn't have dragon shot, since it's only 9-B stuff, so Issei gets outranged quite badly
 
I love spam but why is it always Bond beating up a child is this just a theme

Still. Good enough stat amp negs what eventually comes down to being an AP fight.
 
because we haven't finished Jaws' profile so he can't have a turn of beating up children yet
 
there has to be a 9-B version of Batman's Robin on this site just throw Bond against him
 
Not sure if this can be balanced.

Current Boosted Issei? Bond can't harm him at all.

BoS Issei? At the point he gets enough power to be 9-B, he only has a few scant seconds before he gets drained and reaches his limit.
 
Character version: The strongest cano version of a character is used, that we have listed. The strongest version being defined as the one with the highest tier; if there are multiple versions with the same tier, then the most recent version.
 
It's whichever Issei is 9-B, so the one where he just has the boosted gear and nothing else, right?
 
Issei can use Evil Pieces to increase his stats on top of Boost, given that he could tank Freed's attack with Rook mode he should be strong enough to tank a few shot from Bond.

Though Bond could just convince Issei to hook him up with some chicks.

On one side, a man who can increase his stats to maximum potential...

On the other... a guy who uh... can convince people. because 50 nos and a yes means yes.
