I'll cut the chase, most of the abilities bill gets from his reddit answers simply make no sense in context of the show.
Of course, one could tell that bill being defeated is PIS, but when he has abilities that could have made him win at any time, it might just mean that his reddit comments were not thought through with the plot in mind and don't fit canon.
A few exemples would be his "All Time-See" being able to see infinite versions of himself in infinite realities. This would have been usefull to not ever do any of his failings, but whatever.
He is also in a state of quantum uncertancy and is apparently everything that he isn't.
Of course, the evaporating upon hearing his name also comes from there.
And he also claims that he is possesing the creator of his show...
His Omnipotent sight would have also helped, as it allows him to see everything in an alternate reality, it should have given lots of things to see in the main reality.
So yeah, lots of weird stuff on reddit
To be honest, 2-A precog is what I have the most beef with, as it is not only not shown, but makes everything within the plot asine.
Still, there are another few things in his feats section..:
-Froze time when speaking with Gideo.
It is a feature of his to passivly make people fall asleep while he's mindascape self is comunicating with them in this manner, with people jolting awake everytime he leaves. That means that he is merely manipulating the sleep, not time itself. And it would make no sense for him to be able to stop time in this manner, as he needed to kill the to control it, as he himself points out.
Pulled a deer's teeth from its mouth with a gesture of his hand
See above, this is akin to him transforming mable into an ugly monster in Stans mind.
Ripped out Dipper's soul and possessed his body
Might want to mentioned that this was with a deal, and that soul rip isn't done normally.
His acquiring of a physical form and entrance into the universe caused many of its natural laws to be destroyed or distorted .
Not really, space was broken due to the material the portal released (and bill making the portal), and was already ripped by the time he actually got the body. Mind you, he can do stuff like this, but not by just existing.
Turned Ford into a statue with a glare and used him as a backscratcher
That... is very misleading. He shot an eye laser, not just glared.
Instantly regenerated after being hit by Ford's Quantum Destabiliser, which blasts objects into nonexistence
Again, misleading. It only affected a few litle bit of his hat. Getting your hat EE'd is and regenerating isn't impressive unless it's conceptual destruction, which I doubt,
Able to view other realities (such as our own), as the message at the end of his version of the intro, when reversed and decrypted, says "I'm watching you, nerds".
He breaks the forth wall, but I don't think he can plain watch us.

- Due to regaining his physical form after being hit by Quantum Destabilizer, a durability-bypassing weapon, and having an eye with slow Regenerationn will not restrict his regen from having Low-Godly as it is likely PIS.
