Also happy year anniversary.

Anyway.

I think all in all Apkiji takes the win more often then not, he has a solid chance at freezing Kuzan in order to bypass or eventually overpower his regen, and due to Aokiji not fighting a Fire user this time IE Akainu he does not have to deal with someone being able to burn or break out of his Ice.

He's also around Equal with him in every other category

So I think all in all Aokiji takes this.

Going with Mr.Freeze here. On paper they're pretty equal for stats but I think one has much higher resolve to see this thorugh.
 
Aokiji should be able to take this fra, tough it's not gonna be easy once borsalino decides to flash him properly.
