Ok... point taken. Nerif basically can precog everything DIO will do to him. Considering his lore feats equals to Lore>Shounen Stereotypes. He is not Nigh-Omniscient but can predict the plans DIO will do to where you said.

Yes, its basically everything he does, that and his precog would make it so he knows what he has to start with in order to win as well as what the opponent can do to beat him

Is that a vote for DIO? You're stating that he can counter Oracle's abilities even though you said that Oracle wins...
 
Acausality doesn't make precog useless, Dios Acausality only applies to himself, not to oracle, and the corpses has never shown the ability to dispel 2-A mindhax
 
Im was being ironic,im gonna wait to see if someone gives me another reason for why Oracle wins until now im think that Dio just wave his hand and erases him.
 
Dio can't just wave his hand though, he needs physical contact and Oracle can make him both existent and nonexistent at the same time with a thought

Heaven Ascension DIO

Weaknesses: He is not immune to paradoxical damage. Heaven DIO's powers comes from his hands and fists. Should they get wounded or injured in anyway, Dio will not be able to overwrite reality until they heal.

The World Over Heaven (TWOH): The World Over Heaven is a Stand that heavily resembles the original The World's design, but is now accompanied in white-and-gold colors to signify its new form. It still attacks with physical strikes, and activates its ability by contact.

  • Reality Overwrite: DIO can overwrite any instance of reality by contact from either him or TWOH. With it, he can manipulate and change whatever he likes with said object.
 
@Axl Did you actually watch the first clip you posted? He literally has TWOH punch Jotaro to erase him

Ive seen the second clip and you purposely left out the part where TWOH punched him

There was CTR done a 1 year ago talking about how Dio doesnt need to touch someone to use RW and the whole touching thing was just PIS,it was accepted but for some reason it wasnt added.

Also are you just ignore the 3 gifs that im showed you as a example?
 
Its a canonical function of his powers established in the game, not even close to PIS

Two of the three gifs are of Dio needing physical contact in order to erase someone and the third isnt even of him erasing someone
 
Also just gonna point out that Oracle's abilities are able to affect people with an immunity to other abilities of the same nature
