Let's not forget about his causality manipulation, DIO says ZA WARUDO! but instead of stopping time it just makes a dubstep fart noise. Without stopping time.

I'm pretty sure that 2-A Reality Overwrite > 2-A Causality Manipulation

No, HA Dio is exponentially more cocky due to thinking his godly powers are invincible

Not when the 2 -A causality manip prevents the overwrite from happening

No, as soon as he learned that Valentine was gonna betray him, he immediately erased him from all universes. Heck, he even made sure that Giorno couldn't use GER anymore. The only time he ever got cocky was whenever he faced off against the Joestars.

Yeah, those are things he did after the fact, he literally let the protagonists of the game attack him all at once in the initial encounter because he wanted to mock them with how powerful he was

Plus oracle can causality manip him into being cocky

Oracle losing is just one of the many outcomes, another Oracle in another universe will see that and he's going to do something about it.
Go ahead, Mr. Jahsturr.

Seriously, is anyone going to debunk this?

That's outside help.

How exactly is it outside help? There are a lot of characters who use alternate reality versions of th em selves in combat.

It's not anymore outside help than type 8 reliant on living beings or power bestowal/blessings by gods.

Especialy as it's tecnically the same character

I just realized, once DIO erases Oracle, every single version of him from every universe will be erased as well.

Dio doesnt start with time stop and again, causalityl manip to not happen or just disrupt his connection to the World to prevent it

HAD can possibly Power Nulify Oracle with Reality Override like he didn't with the infinite rotation and GER

But will that help him with Precog to Causality? Probably not since it's only 3-A Power Nullification (probably would've helped him with the fight against Hit)

Let me explain why Oracle wins here:

HA DIO never leads with stopping time, and since this isn't bloodlusted, he shouldn't. I have never seen him use time stop ability at first even against Funny Valentine. DIO offered him loyalty to DIO but Valentine refused, so he killed him for that. There isn't going to be a second chance for Oracle, if HA DIO actually defeats him, he will be impressed by his powers just like what he did to Funny Valentine and offer him loyalty. HA DIO needs powerful minions and Oracle isn't going to be one and he's going to take advantage of that and kill him right there. Reality Overwrite is transferred through his fists, courtesy of besto Jotaro. Oracle can use his Fate's Edict to prevent him from attacking, although HA DIO gains spell immunity which isn't a problem for Oracle's fate manipulation.

If I recall correctly, he actually did hit Valentine, the game just didn't show it. Hell, he even says "This is...The World Over Heaven" which implies that he used his Stand. There's no way he could've done that without using his fists. Like what Jotaro said, he can only use this power with his fists.

The first clip is done after he punches Valentine and the second is him just teleporting
