lmfao. I noticed as soon as I posted. idk why but I had an random image of u being here and calling me out before I could change it. call that observation haki @burning
 
Intangibility, and the fact that Law's preferred method of getting rid of people is to slice them in half from a distance and incapacitate them. If Law does that, he'd probably expect Kakashi to be done, but Kakashi wouldn't waste any time to BFR him. But that'd be inconclusive as Kakashi can't connect himself back, so he's technically incapacitated.

If Law teleports Kakashi out of Susano'o and tries to use something like Mes or Counter Shock, Kakashi would just phase and he'd already be on red alert due to Law easily teleporting him. With his pragmatic nature, it goes down to Kamui GG.

I think the first scenario is more likely, so I vote for inconclusive.
 
kakashi could genjutsu him but im going with inconclusive since law would probably teleport kakashi so many times once he sees his kamui functions
 
law: rel reactions w/ observation haki, dura neg, tact, shambles/ teleportation. opi opi uses up a lot of stamina depending on how wide it is.

kakashi: mhs+ most likely faster than law travel and combat wise, kamui, genjutsu w/ sharingan, higher ap. over 1000 jutsus copied. sharingan consumes stamina.

both tactical fighters.
