I just wanted a Mugino match.

  • In-character. But Mugino was paid to kill him and Chisaki thinks she is a hero, so que wants to kill her.
  • Battle takes place in an abandoned research building.
  • Kai starts in the laboratory room. Mugino starts in the opening hall.
  • Win via Death, K.O, BFR or Incapacitation.
  • Base Mugino and Kai.

Mugino can spam her beams until she quantum destroys him. But he can one shot with any attack.

Also, the battle conditions are focusing more on their strategy inside a building
 
Mugino corners around and shoot and Dodge and hide like a FPS is her strategy.

Chisaki use anything around to attack Mugino until he kills her.

Chisaki has an edge to this since Mugino doesn't move around that much.
 
Chisaki didn't know what Mirio would do but he takes him with the strategy I mentioned. It didn't work though.

Mugino on the other hand, I don't know, she fought Misaka in the Anime who she knows a threat and fought Hamazura in the light novels who she knows very well. Don't know what she will do against a guy she never knew about.
 
Actually Kai used manipulative tactics to gain the upper hand on Mirio ( I.E using Eri.) And eventually used a Quirk destroying bullet on him. However he doesn't have that here.


However Kai does spam his earth constructs if he can get close to his opponent ( I.E Kai vs Mirio.)


I'll wait for more input before voting.
 
The fodder villain's feat is not High 8-C, we don't know how Power Loader made those craters, and we only used that feat before because it was consistent with the fodder villain's feat.

I'm personally leaning towards a win for Mugino here.

Yes, Chisaki wins if he gets his hands on her, but that's a big if.

Her electron beams ignore conventional durability and can disintegrate chunks of concrete in an instant. While Mugino is arrogant, she's also a walking supercomputer who's much smarter than Chisaki. She'll also turn him into swiss cheese with Silicon Burn, and his healing is useless if he can't touch himself (sounds weird out of context).
