Boba Fett (Legends) vs Kai Chisaki (Overhaul)

I'm on an Overhaul binge right now so be prepared for more Overhaul matchups later.

The League of Villains have hired Boba Fett to kill Overhaul and steal his research for Quirk erasing bullets. After having broken into his compound and killing most of his men quickly, Overhaul fuses with Nemoto out of panic and begins his assault on Boba Fett.

Legends Boba Fett and Nemoto Fusion Overhaul are being used, Boba Fett has Prior Knowledge on Overhaul and Overhaul has Prior Knowledge on his Ap and Durability, the fight takes place in Overhaul's compound and Speed is equalized.

Boba Fett is out of his Range at the start because I didn't specify the range and has Prior Knowledge, he'll know he has to avoid getting tagged by the spikes.

You make it sound like him getting hit is gonna be easy when it really isn't gonna be. This is the dude that can fight and kill people with literal future sight precog and telekinetic powers, Overhaul is gonna have a really hard time hitting him even with his prowess at prediction.

Yeah but with his body manipulation he can make it to where Boba has to dodge thousands of attacks at the same time, and while Bobba is good at dodging he can only do it for so long, fuel is a thing. Plus it doesn't help that overhaul could quite literally stand there and do nothing and still be fine due to the tier difference.
I'm still voting Overhaul
