Both have FULL knowledge and a day of prep due to 4th wall awareness they are in a vs battle and time manipulation. Its all they think they'll need for prep.

Battle takes place in the middle of a Japanese Suburb

on his mid godly, he had A LOT of time to make sai chant before being "erased" most existence erasure is honestly usually pretty damn quick or instant.


honestly his mifd godly sucks considering how much time it required and for him to be aware he is being erased.


also she has power nullification so soulhax maybe.....Im not sue.
 
Save and load would screw Bill over and give Sone a chance to erase him from existence, add on plot and time Manipulation and it's a fairly simple win.

you have no idea how badly I wanted to have this girl take on Chara/Frisk once I saw that her power nullifcation SPECIFICALLY manipulated save and load aka the BIGGEST trait of the two.

he does not have plot manipulation, its not on his profile and it was just a gag for the series finale.

I'm here to add another vote for the normal girl, fra. And Miyuki would not be able to take on absolute chara or max DETERMINATION frisk. They are just on a whole nother level. She'd probably get stomped, just throwing that out there.
