Bobobo knows Bill can be erased if in someone's mind.

Bill knows Bobobo acts weird, very much like himself.

Battle takes place inside a normal Candy Store on the corner of a city block, starting distance is the distance between the Sun and Saturn.

Bill's regen atleat the Low Godly one, is pretty terrible. It took him having to be aware of his dying for almost an entire minute and he had PLENTY of time to say the incantation.

That isn't his Low-Godly. If that was the case, then he would have Mid-Godly.

Bill makes things weird, but isn't Bobobo already weird? Or would Bill make things so weird that even Bobobo wouldn't be able to comprehend/properly control/predict what happens, thus throwing off everything he can do or having it be turned against him?

Or does their general weirdness cancel each other out in that regard?

He gained his physical 3D form out of his 2D mind alone, which implies that if he'll get reduced to a soul again, he would still be able to create himself a new body.
