Zoro's AP: 119.42 megatons, 238.84 megatons with Goken, 358.26 megatons with Asura

Zoro's LS: Class T

Kamikaze's AP: Much higher than 30 megatons, far higher, possibly 2.4 gigatons with Sun Blade

Kamikaze's LS: Unknown

Though it may seem like a stomp, I don't believe it is. There is a big AP difference, but I don't think it's so significantly high that Atomic Samurai would be completely helpless. He could probably parry Zoro's attacks with great difficulty, and the moment he realizes how much stronger Zoro is, he'd likely use the Atomic Slash, which drastically increases his attack speed and movement speed. I don't believe Zoro would be fast enough to react to that, and even for him, it would likely damage him. Atomic Samurai can also repeat the technique several times if necessary. Worst comes to worst, he can just use the Sun Blade, which would drastically increase his AP and the rest of his stats. I'd argue that Atomic Samurai also has greater experience and technique than Zoro based on his reputation as the World's Strongest Swordsman in his world and for creating a technique no other swordsman in the world can replicate.
