Zombieman is Building level?

While I think he should be, he doesn't really have the feats to do so. His whole schtick is using his regen and incredibly powerful endurance to outlast his foes. His two cases of beating characters above 8-C are Carnage Kabuto in a simulation and Homeless Emperor. For Carnage Kabuto, he specifically becomes depowered and helpless after a week, giving Zombieman an unlimited amount of time after to break through his defenses, and Homeless Emperor is physically a normal person without his orbs, so Zombieman only needed the right timing to surprise him.
