Yeah look, I'd use this as basis for characters who can take it. Also speed feat probably since you see S11 deflecting it right out the muzzle too?

Soldier 11 is right about done. The only questionable thing I find is putting in limited power null for her Mindscape 06 skill since it says she can ignore her target's resistance to fire by 25%. But it's moreso just what to classify that as.
After her, I'll do Burnice. If not, I'll probably do the SoC unless someone here had picked anyone from them? Been too multi-tasked to follow here lol.

Cool, asked cuz sometimes reducing resistance can also mean statistic reduction, especially in video games since resistances can be stat based too

So yeah based on my calcs, the ZZZ cast is roughly in the ballpark of Supersonic+ to Hypersonic+ reactions (depending on how further calcs go), with some obvious exceptions like Miyabi

is this implying miyabi could possibly be above hypersonic? obviously i'm not expecting FTL ZZZ or anything but she definitely has some crazy speed feats so i could see massively hypersonic depending on how the calcs turn out for her

I mean Miyabi in general is just a class of her own compared to other Agents by default, so I feel like she should have her own feats regardless
