I haven't seen Cal boasting about Pokemon getting type 1 AE recently so I'm just going to assume they don't have it. So how is Darkrai supposed to affect Chara?

1. Got rejected
2. Hasn't been revised yet, which something as important as Type 1 needs to be on the file for it to be used.

If Darkrai can tag Palkia and Dialga he has infinite speed. If Chara lacked Type 1 AE then Darkrai could win via sleep hax.

Well, your comment was questioning how Darkrai would 'touch' Chara when he can 'barely harm' the creation trio. I held the impression you were referring to their speed/power difference rather than AE.
