It means Chara has no way to win so it cannot be added. If we give Chara their AE then this time Shadow cannot do shit and loses. It cannot be added

No. If Chara has their AE (It can be removed if the Op wants since its "possibly" and not a flat ability) then they win without giving shadow a chance but if she doesnt Shadow wins without giving them a chance. Its a mismatch.

I think they're talking about Shadow being able to beat Solaris who has Low-Godly Regen. Tho BFR/Sealing outside the Multiverse beyond Chara's range would also work.
