Since Yoruichi got a major upgrade very recently lets do this match.

Speed is equalised

Both are bloodlusted and can use their most powerful forms

Yoruichi's shunko is lighting based. It would have no effect on Luffy

Yoruichi's Hanki is not based on lightning. It's just a Kido hit with an opposite energy.

All shunko are based off of elements. Soifon is wind, Yoruichi is lighting and Yushiro is fire

I think Amlad is right. Her page confirms that it's Electricity Manipulation.

Anyway, Luffy should take this. He has precognition, resistance to electricity, and better range and stamina. He also apparently one-shotted an Island level character.

If I missed something, you can tell me because I stopped at where Luffy's supposed to fight Arlong, so I'm going off his profile.

If Luffy wasn't immune to electricity he would lose big time. But all of yoruichi's top attacks that would normally bring down someone on Luffy's level would literally tickle Luffy at best.
