Honestly from how I see it, Zoro takes this, seeing as he has a noticeable AP advantage, massive range advantage and since speed's equalized, all Yoriichi has going for him is skill, since his dura is at least comparable to his AP, which is lower than Zoro's. I don't think that just outskilling Zoro is enough to stop him.
