Xeno Goku vs. Shulk

It deminishes Goku's ability to sense, not sure how it would work on Ki since Power Null isn't coming into play, but that doesn't appear to be a reason for an Incap. Also you have evidence that it Dulls all senses and not a specific type of perception?
His ability to sense ki does in fact count as a sense, assuming the match goes by according to verse equalization. It counts as incap because with all his senses shut down, he can't actually fight. https://youtu.be/wZ84UWORgG8 In the scene, Alvis clearly states he's dulling the telethia's perception. If it was one specific sense, I'm pretty sure Alvis would've noted that.
Wait I just realized Alvis cut off the antennas of the Telethia before defeating it. The Antennas allow the Telethia to sense obviously and I'm assuming Alvis cut them off in order to preventy them from sensing what Alvis was going to do next. Is this the reasoning for Perception Manipulation?

So Shulk should still affect Goku with his hax. So Shulk FRA
How does Shulk affecting Shulk's resistance equates to Goku's resistance?
Because it just means Shulk's abilities are that potent. And Zanza had 2 monados too. And I don't see DB a verse where their hax is above average

It probably isn't. I'm little short on time since I've gotta get to class soon, but there's another cutscene where Purge is used on another Telethia and has the same effects as before. I'll send it later.

Here's the clip I was talking about https://youtu.be/tiDA6ghQelk
I appreciate you taking the time to get that clip. So from what it appears it doesn't nesscarily Incap or leave it unable to battle which was my earlier point. It's up to Shulk to afterwards try to defeat Goku with his more offensive attacks but Goku is not gonna give him the seconds notice once he realizes he can't sense his opponent.

This is where Super Explosive Wave comes into play.

Goku's last resort if all his senses were taking away is to take advantage of AoE. Being able to vaporize everything within several miles is enough to do Shulk in. Especially because he has the AP advantage.

Near the end of the clip, the Telethia is open for attack because of the perception manipulation and paralysis inducement. It isn't able to fight back either.

And on top of that, Goku's Super Explosive Wave would also be power-nulled by Purge, now that there's proof that it even works on characters with basic resistances to it.

A day ago, it's 7 goku 6 shulk, inco
That still doesn't count for grace. Honestly this match and all Shulk matches should still be put on hold. Xenoblade's revisions aren't quite done just yet. There is still a nice sized list of haxes and resistances (and more if I or anyone else finds them) that's pending examination and approval and possibly ANOTHER tier rivison for Shulk.
