Goku doesn't enjoy the fight or even want to fight him because he can sense how weak he is in comparison but kills him anyway because SBA says their in character and willing to kill. Since he didn't enjoy or feel satisfaction from the fight at all he doesn't turn into him.

How does he possess? His profile says he only possesses if somebody enjoys killing him. Goku wouldn't because he honestly wouldn't see it as worth his time. So he doesn't possess. Goku doesn't even really enjoy killing people. He just enjoys fighting. He wouldn't get joy out of fighting him since he one-shots and he wouldn't get any satisfaction out of killing him because SBA says he doesn't know who he is.

But it only works if Goku enjoys killing him. Which he won't. The profile specifically says that his enemy has to enjoy killing him for it to work.
