After 25 bumps, 2 months and 1 day later. This can be added.
 
XCOM Soldier's guns are capable of destroying some of the toughest aliens alloys, the weakest rocket launcher can destroy a tank in one hit and that would be 6 damage in-game while some aliens can withstand more than 10 rockets, an alloy cannon deals 14 and more than 20 on critical, and that is without considering that a soldier can take 2 consecutive shots without issue.

For evasion they can easily become invisible with ghost armor or mimetic skin and just deliver a double shot with alloy cannon in the face without time to react, if shepard can survive that (in-game a close range shot is 100% accuracy unless it's double shot wich drops it to 98%, so i doubt Shepard can dodge that) then he might have an edge, otherwise Soldier wins
