So a previous thread discussing the multiplier for X792 RLDM Laxus went dead due to people wanting to wait until the Wraith upscaling-upgrading was put in place, but after a while (and thinking of 1 or 2 new things related to this), I came up with 2 possible multipliers for X792 RLDM Laxus:
1. The more rational one: the 1.5x multiplier. This would make sense considering that RLDM X793 Laxus is also a 1.5x multiplier, putting X792 RLDM Laxus at 25.8 gigatons. It is also the same multiplier as X793 FLDM Natsu, which would make sense since the 2 abilities are rather similar.
2. A multiplier that is not at all like the X793 version (and is the one I proposed before): the 4x multiplier, since X792 RLDM Laxus did a feat which was the same as what X793 Base Laxus did.
So X792 Red Lightning Dragon Mode Laxus one-shot Assault Wall, who matched and somewhat overpowered X792 Base Laxus (who is 17.2 gigatons), despite the fact that Wahl had high lightning resistance.
Later in X793, X793 Base Laxus (who scales to X793 FDKM Natsu, who is 68.8 gigatons) one-shot the 17.2 gigaton Erza, despite Erza wearing the Lightning Armor which has high lightning resistance. Just like Wahl. Who is just as powerful as X793 Base Erza.
What a coincidence, am I right?
Not to mention, X793 FDKM Natsu, who as I said is as strong as X793 Base Laxus, one-shot Makarov-Wraith, who was also 17.2 gigatons and was somewhat comparable to Base Natsu.
So, in a similar vein to how one-shotting a 4.3 gigaton character is enough to make a Fairy Tail character 17.2 gigatons (via scaling above DF Gajeel), I propose that X792 RLDM Laxus be 68.8 gigatons.
X793 RLDM Laxus would NOT change because there is nothing to prove a consistent multiplier for RLDM, so he would just still scale to Enchantment Erza.
So if the 1.5x multiplier gets accepted, I wouldn't be heartbroken (since it honestly makes sense), but the 4x multiplier does have some reason behind it when you compare it to how characters who've one-shot Spriggan-level characters are scaled.
