It seems to me that it's just simply just Magnetism Manipulation, and the note says that the ability needs to focus on deconstructing things, not just a consequence

Yes, it would be Deconstruction via Magnetism Manipulation, like his flight for example
But it isn't a consequence, he is using his magnetism specifically to dismantle. I think the note is mainly referring to certain attacks that can disintegrate their target due to being more powerful or other effects (energy, heat, lightning, etc)

I'd say no since it's more magnetism than deconstruction.
Initially I was going to agree, but going by the examples given of the ability along with Comic Magneto not having thst power, deconstruction as a power seems like it has to shred things down rather than use a power to break something apart.

Something similar also happened when Jean died: she also sees her possible futures and more crazy things

Similar to FOX's Fantastic Four and Daredevil verse pages and profiles, I think our verse page should be renamed from "X-Men Film Series" to "FOX's X-Men" and the profiles to just FOX, that's how we currently name the profiles of Magneto, Jean Grey, Deadpool, Cable and Domino. Just FOX is shorter, looks better and it's more consistent, plus it would differentiate them better when other live-action versions of the X-Men come out, like the MCU

This MHS+ calc was accepted. Btw, I was checking the speed scaling and wanted to ask if the D'Bari should scale from any character during their fight, I have doubts as it seems that they were blitzed by most mutants. The same with Cyclops, both Pre-Retcon and Post-Retcon, who currently doesn't have any speed scaling on his profile
