Durability
The novelization states that Jean Grey amplified Cyclops' Optic Blast so much that he near shattered an entire mountain, with that energy blasting back to Jean. Destroying a mountain is at least Low 7-B, so Jean's physical durability should be upgraded to that tier

This would also upgrade Wolverine's Adamantium claws to Low 7-B since he pierced and killed Phoenix Jean Grey, which in turn would also upgrade the durability of his Adamantium skeleton since Adamantium can clash with Adamantium. This shouldn't cause any inconsistencies since Adamantium was only shown to be damaged by Adamantium bullets, heated Adamantium or Phoenix Jean Grey's TK/Matter Hax, and Magneto was able to bend Adamantium although I don't know if that could be grounds for scaling

Her range with Telepathy should be upgraded to Thousands of Kilometers since she spoke to Cyclops who was at the X-Mansion in Westchester, New York, while she was at Alkali Lake in Northern Alberta, Canada

Extra: this High 8-C calc for Quicksilver was accepted, which would upgrade him and the characters who currently scale from him to that tier
