Worst Users Of Every Power

No he works around it he doesn’t have direct control of the arms I mean one time they just when out of their way to absorb someone causing him to fail an escape attempt and seemingly make him give up hope for freedom.
To clarify he doesn't have control, they'll do what he wants but sometimes they just decide to do their own thing and are problematic this has caused him trouble just trying to live normally among other things.

hmm, idk what power should count that as tho, it's just more of a shitty mechanic than the powers being shitty.

I got three additions:

Shion Yorigami for probability manipulation. It's a passive aura that effectively guarantees that her opponent will lose, negates resistance, and nullifies magic... Except it also affects herself, which has made her life unbelievably shitty.

Seiran for summoning, since it's literally just danmaku except it comes from another dimension. This does not distinguish her danmaku from anybody else in the entire series and is basically useless in-verse.

Shizuha Aki for light manipulation (not on her page yet) because she can make dead leaves glow by dancing. This is the only use of this ability that she has shown.

Seems good

I mean, could she use her danmaku otherwise? If not it's pretty useful to her

Idk about adding stuff that's not on pages tbh

Also given it is luck based he can end up without fingers or just impractical arms in general and the more arms the less control he has so finding something helpful is luck of the draw.

alriiiiiight, guess imma go do this

imma vouch in Kaito's limited precognition where he just have a premonition of Kuromueina's badly made baby castella cuz of his previous experience of Kuro's homemade horrendous baby castella, hence he gain a sixth sense whether Kuro's baby castella is good or not and that's the only use of this precognition

it's actually funny and mental how Kaito has to endure Kuro's badly made baby castella lemme tell you, they taste so horrible it can actually deals damage to Alice who's the 3rd or 4th strongest character on the verse lol

just some justification

What about the absorption it is from this. “Dr. Rosa Marquez was critically injured in the initial breach, losing her left arm. While attempting to activate Site lockdown procedures, one of SCP-3589's discarded human arms landed near her and fused itself to the stump of her absent appendage. SCP-3589 then lost control over its detached arms, all of which converged towards Dr. Marquez.

Over 200 arms surrounded Dr. Marquez. Several dozen fused to her at their bases, while the remaining limbs arranged themselves into a complex polyhedral cage. This cage contracted until it formed a spherical shell approximately 2m in diameter. It remained in this state for approximately 4 minutes, after which all arms comprising this structure disengaged and fell to the ground. SCP-3589 subsequently remained unable to feel or control any of these arms, although none of them have decayed.”

Teruhashi for Aura and Resistance. Her aura is just there. It does nothing.
Her resistance is only against getting dirty, so it doesn't block or lessen any kind of attack.

Yeah that definitely works. Kinda weird to list that as Resistance but I guess it makes enough sense

while we're at it, can I propose P&A that the character didn't have but they actually had it like the one I propose before here

since Kaito got some funni precog based on poison manipulation of Kuro, I think you can add Kuro for poison manipulation since while her poisonous baby castella is potent, she never give it to anybody but Kaito as far as I remember

What I meant is that Kuro should have poison manipulation since her baby castella creation actually poisoned Kaito, but there isn't at her profile, so can I commision her?

Before clicking the link I want you to know grim reaper is at the end of "with skulls" section nothing else really matters other then that key in this context
Skul grim reaper key soul manipulation and absorption he has a chance of absorbing the soul of someone he kills it is random if it happens the profile assumes he already has 150 or more meaning we assume they have maxed buffed skills technically there's a buff with each soul even after that but it is one percent to magic and only applies to grim meaning the other Skull that the character normally has doesn't benefit from this finally in notable attack section there is this:
Death's Guidance: "When swapping, appears while invulnerable and swings its scythe, dealing Magic damage. If enemies are killed with this, a soul is harvested for each one".
sounds like that gets rid of all the problems I just mentioned but the actual in game description of the ability is "When swapping, appears in an invulnerable and swings its scythe, dealing Magic damage.
When enemies are killed with this attack, it has the same effect as gaining a soul."
this description confirms it doesn't actually take the soul in fact you can get a soul as well when you kill an enemy with the move separately meaning even if we count the souls he collected already as a reason it might be good it is arguably they just used Death's Guidance instead I think it is also baseline soul absorption.

In the game itself from my experience if you get it after act 2 it is better to break it then use it because it makes you larger and doesn't do enough damage without souls or that one weird equivalent to kill fast enough to survive and collect future souls or equivalent despite being a legendary skull which is usually something that is otherwise only limited by if you can make what you items work with it or at least if you can last until you can get items that work with it.

I'm not sure I understand what's going on there.

Oh, also, you reminded me, The Hunter's animal and plant manipulation actively makes predators aggressive against them and causes more predators to spawn, which I have to assume is as bad as it can possibly ever get.

What is confusing? To summerize Skul usually carries two skulls if it takes the reaper's skull they sometimes cause the souls of people they kill to fly out of their bodies and absorbs it that means it is useless again most enemies unless they have a way to comeback from death because their soul and it isn't even certain the reaper gets it, the one benefit it has each giving a 1% power boost to magic and some powers become stronger with 150 souls but we assume they already have that and technically there's a more reliable way to get both those benefits without absorbing souls. All effects stop if not using grim reaper and most skulls benefit from swapping. Finally it seems to be baseline.

Also it sucks if you get late game unlike similar items.

so armor, i dunno if you still follow this but I have a contender for the Aura

Maids from Isekai At Peace (For example Lunamaria) was clad in "maidric" aura that not only is utterly useless in combat situation (or in almost any sort of situation really), but only Maids (The keywords here are Maids with the big M) can sense them while normal people can't

Meh I think "absorb someone's soul after killing them" isn't too uncommon

I suppose that's an "improvement" yeah

Looking at the scan, it seems like it was translated poorly. "Unless one doesn't have a Maid Power greater than 30,000, they won't be able to participate in the Maid Olympia.".

Though it also seems like it's a visible power level indicator. Indicative of technique, physique & skill as a maid, whatever that means.... Also a qualifier for privileges like going to the Maid Olympia or something?

What's it competing against? Aura that makes your life full of nothing but bad luck like that god of poverty, or Aura that specifically does nothing?

the aura literally does nothing, it only indicates your quality as a Maid (again, maid with a big M), there's even a whole goddang terminology about it if you want

Kagome might be another contestant for soul manipulation. She can only manipulate her own soul to get it back after someone steals it. Extremely circumstantial to say the least.
Gets even more useless when you consider that she resists getting her soul stolen in the first place.
