Tier 2 and below can be added without staff, Tier 1 normally needs 2-3 and Tier 0 normally needs 3 if not more.

It's Low 1-A, I remember Azrael in Discworld used to scale to that tier due to tegmark multiverse.

@DontTalkDT barely gives any input into tier 0 content revisions, so I assume @Ultima_Reality input is suffient in case.

Looking back at the history. It wasn’t due to Tegmark’s Type IV multiverse. It was because just he transcended an infinite hierarchy multiverse. Not like this would affect WoD anyways since it has more stuff

I think you can check this thread as Ultima says this "The Discworld Multiverse being Low 1-A in the first place apparently comes from the fact a Type IV Multiverse is mentioned in The Science of Discworld", but yea it doesn't have anything to do with WoD considering the verse has the existence of set theory to bump Tegmark multiverse to High 1-A.
