Wonderweiss Heat Resistance

Wonderweiss should be resistant to high temperatures as his entire existence as an Arrancar is to contain the flames of Ryujin Jakka. It's explained as such by Aizen, and we see he physically contains the flames inside of himself without it causing harm to his body until his death, which is when the concentration of flames had built up and was forcefully expelled from his body.

I'm neutral on this; since the flames were sealed, I'm not sure if that counts as a Resistance. Like, he's only unaffected by the flames because they're sealed, not because flames in general won't have much effect on him.

But I'm not against it because I can see how it would be interpreted the other way.

I've given this point further thought and I think I agree with you. Outside of this, what won me over is that names in Bleach hold significant meaning, especially for one's abilities (an example would be: Gin's God Killing Spear being in clear reference to his ultimate desire to kill Aizen), and Wonderweiss' Resurrección heavily implies he's just extinguishing the flames, not through a substance as shown, but most likely through an esoteric ability, like his Sealing. It would account for all the issues I have with your argument while strengthening my opinion of the position.

With this, I'm fine with conceding that point and having the thread closed whenever.
