Wolfgang Schreiber VS Reinhard Heydritch

Since Reinhard have Wolfgang abillty it should be tie but it's the boy power in the first place so i vote Wolfgang ~
 
They will destroy the reality because it can't handle the level of speed that it will generate. It's a tie.
