It's literally what it says on the title. Sweet Tooth is allowed his wish granting powers while Gremmy is at his peak. HOWEVER, the Sweet Tooth being used is from PSASBR. Aka he's allowed to make use of his scaling from Kratos (Even as silly as that sounds) which puts him at Large Continent and MHS level. Gremmy on the other hand is allowed enough clones to match that if it ends up as a stomp on Sweet Tooth's end.
