The main issue is the Analytical Prediction being broken and also giving him an inexhaustable supply of Mana to continue using said passive Analytical Prediction and other spells.
You could probably ditch the All-Seeing Eye being passive first off, which would help a lot.

Also, this could quite cover up the inexhaustible issue, since he can only spam them once he takes off his glasses and not when he has it on.
