With the FNAF upgrade, his 9-C form will be the one with teleportation

Even though he has superior speed and would like dodge nightmare's attacks in time

Nightmare makes a sound when he disables his invisibility and his eyes are still visible, so he would see him coming. Also I doubt the 9-C version actually has teleportation because it is likely just his invisibility and stealth in action (I know this because I played the game) and it isn't stated that he can teleport anywhere in the game iirc.
