Why isn't Master Hand 2-B?

Because we don't do cross verse scaling. In crossover games we only scale the characters as they are depicted in the games, and in Smash Arceus' best feat is a Low 2-C statement.

Ok then but is there any chance of Master Hand being upgraded in the future since Smash 5 is coming?
Maybe if the series is actually stated to be entirely canon, but it seems they prefer to leave that dubious.

Actually, shouldnt SSB Arceus be 2-C instead of Low 2-C?

Even in Smash, the creation trio are all ridiculously high into Low 2-C because of stuff like Dialga's heartbeats and everyone here should know Arceus in any canon is heavily superior to the 3 even when combined. So I don't see why this Arceus can't be 2-C like the original one was long ago.

The reason for Arceus being 2-C back then was simply wrong.

Only real reason why it remained was because Arceus has a 2-C feat

It does in Arceus's case since he was 2-C a long while ago (before 2-B upgrades) for this very reason.
Unless im missing something here.
Yeah, but our rules weren't the same as they are now.
