I’m really new to this Vs Battle Wiki stuff so I don’t know if I’m qualified to do it,

Anyone is qualified to make a CRT.
When you make it though (if you do), just make sure to properly present your reasons for why Toei profiles for One Piece should be made. Also make sure to include the differences between the two versions of One Piece and why (or if) they are different enough for these profiles to be needed.
