They are gonna be upgraded to 1-C in the next CRT, and maybe to High 1-B after that.

Anyways from what is said on his profile, The Guardian is suppose to be far stronger then the likes of SCP 343's armies which include the likes of the Horsemen of The Apocalypse and SCP 682's true form AKA The Leviathan.

For High 1-B, I have no idea. But for 1-C, the entire multiverse apparently has 3 temporal dimensions, and an uncountably infinite amount of universes.
