Who is the strongest Dragon Ball character Negi Springfield can beat?

I wanted to test the limits of Negi's hax since he pretty much beats anyone from HST.

This is Ialda Negi with Cassiopeia and Pactio Artifact.

He has outdated profile but he scales to this guy and scales to someone who has lightspeed reaction feat.

How far can he go before he loses?

I think he beats almost everyone from canon DB, but loses to some guys from Xenoverse like Demigra

He gets blitzed a lot at the end of Z. By the end, Goku and company are well into FTL+ and would blitz any "only" Lightspeeders. Negi's saving grace is of course, his hax.

Same with DBS, for the most part. However he'd be incapable of harming the uber high tiers such as Super Shenron, who warps reality on a 2-C Level; well beyond Negi's paygrade.

For the Non-Canon guys, he'd fight most of them well enough (If not repeatedly getting assblasted by fighting entities literal dimensions ahead of him as well as significantly faster than him), but people like Demigra or Xeno Goku would be a hard counter to Negi (4D Mindhax for Demigra and a Sealing that is able to seal beings with 4D Energy; meaning it should at least be able to contain said 4D energy for Goku) not to mention the myriad of haxes the FWs have themselves.

Pretty sure no one in Super or Z can counter that (Not counting Super Shenron of course)

Super Shenron is a 4D Entity capable of reality warping multiple Universes. He wouldn't even kill Negi if someone wished to get rid of him. Negi would be erased and there wouldn't be a single thing Negi could do to counter the 4D Wish Powers.

and Infinite Zamasu literally became a timeline. So not sure how billions of souls possessing a timeline that already encompasses all of said beings is gonna do anything. Nor how a being that's completely insane, 4D as well as incorporeal is gonna become Negi.

The important bit wasn't that Super Shenron is a 4-D entity, but Negi can literally do nothing against Super Shenron using said 4-D Capabilities to make him never exist.

Remember what the actual the question is, wbo is the strongest character he can beat? Can characters like Goku or Freeza resist his mind/soul hax? It's literally equivalent of being mind/soul haxed by every human that ever lived so it should be around 100 billion+ souls. His mind/soul hax actually was said to be infinite but feat wise it can at least cover the entire Solar System. Ialda is not corporeal and cannot be killed by conventional means, not even soul destruction is enough to kill her but I would assume existence erasure would be enough but what about characters who don't have that ability nor any hax in their skill set?

Ahm... that question is sort of... weird? Like, he would be able to beat Jiren, Gogeta, Grand Priest and crap. So the Top-Tiers. And yet, the weakest Low 2-C, he would be incapable of beating due to their 4-D Nature (Not a 3-D with 4-D powers. Straight up 4-D). So IZ wins where everybody else fails.

Same sort of scenario with Super Shenron. Negi has never experienced nor encountered the powers Super Shenron has.

With Xenoverse, same scenario. A lot of people can't beat Negi including some top-tiers, but there are also a lot of weaker people with the hax perfect to defeat Negi that he can't counter due to the literal dimensional difference.

Actually I don't think Negi can beat the Angels due to them having the time manipulation combined with massive speed advantage. But yeah, so far anyone who relies on brute strength gets mindfucked and soul possessed, right?
