Well he does have Asuna's sword which also works against ki/spirit based attacks and Cassiopeia allows him to skip in time and Ialda is also naturally immune to timestop herself. Dana also said that nothing in Negima/UQ Holderverse can kill Ialda except for Asuna's Magic Cancel so that means not even Dana's timefuckery or Juuzo's conceptual damage is enough to kill Ialda.

passive powernull would neg a lot of negi arsenal beside resistances , precog would allow yhwach to beat him before he could try some threatening actions by attacking directly from the future instantly with his fate hax

iirc asuna sword can cut/dispel all surnatural stuff right ? so it's a powerfull power null

a far weaker yhwach nulled the conceptual powernull type 3 from a weapon pretty easily.

even if it would be letal to yhwach wich i doubt , he just have to not get it by it and considering he can see and manipulate all possible future it would be pretty easy .

as for putting down ialda for good , he can powernull her possession and then absorb or EE.

If ialda resist absortion all type and EE then it's inconclusive as she can't put yhwach down but neither can he .

Cassiopeia allows Negi to skip time and jump directly to the future so how does Yhwach attacks him from the future?

To give you a perspective on how powerful Asuna's Magic Cancel is and how hard it is to kill Ialda. Santa's data classified Touta as class A immortal while Karin's immortality is class S. Dana said the only thing that can kill Touta for good is a collapsing timeline. Karin's immortality is being backed up by God. Yet Juuzo was able to bypass Karin's immortality and nearly killed her with his ability to cut through concepts things like immortality, curses, karma, etc. Yet Dana stated that the only thing that can kill Ialda in the entire world is Asuna's magic cancel meaning not even Dana's ability to erase someone from time or Juuzo's conceptual slash is enough to kill her. Negi's 9th spell that is supposed to destroy souls also failed to kill her.

Also that powernull might be a no limit fallacy. What's the strongest character he nulled because Negi is about to be upgraded as 5-A due to scaling with Nikitis and he will likely have the speed advantage as well due to Kuroumaru having an FTL reaction feat and Negi being massively faster than Kuroumaru.

Negi also has power absorption via Magia Erebea.

Also as far as I know Yhwach is not immune to mindhax as Aizen was able to somehow affect him. Ialda Negi's mindhax is described to be infinite but for the sake of feats alone Ialda is connected to every human that ever lived so that includes over 100 billion+ dead souls and the current 12 billion+ that is still living. It also has cross dimensional range as it affects both the Earth and Inverse Mars. Ialda even plans to drag the entire Solar System to her dream world Cosmo Entelecheia.

I'll probably make an actual Negi vs Yhwach thread once Negi's profile gets updated. He should be having Large Planet level AP/durability and FTL reactions due to scaling.
