Which is more over the top and out there Anime/Manga or Comics like Marvel and DC?

Many claim that comic books have by far the most out there and insane characters and powers, but I would argue that anime and also manga takes the game with somethign for example gurren lagann having a drill larger than the infite universe and probability manipulation missiles, just to name a few.

there's lots and lots of Anime characters already in Tier 1 and some even in tier 0 and that's not including mcuh lower tier characters with insane haxes

well okay if we focused in tiers/groups group 1 one of these Anime/manga/visual novel/lightnovel/web novel, group 2 any 2 of them, group 3 any 3 of them, group 4 any 4 of them and group 5 all of the 5. at what point or let's say group do comics become inferior. for me it's group 1 Anime has some insane power scales.
