Which durability level that you can tank a bullet that can do stuff?

1. Tanking a bullet that can blow off human limbs?

2. Taking a bullet that can pierce through solid object?

3. Taking a bullet that can penetrate through bulletproof glass?

4. Taking a bullet that can penetrate through riot shield?

5. Tanking a sniper rounds?

6. Tanking a bullet that blow off human heads?

7. Tanking a bullet that can penetrate riot armor?

8. Tanking a bullet that can pierce or penetrate through armored vehicles?

1. Wall level

2. At least Street level, possibly Wall level (Baseline Wall level, sadly)

3. Wall level

4. Wall level (Riot shields are mostly fodder to normal standard-issue military bullets)

6. Wall level

7. At least Wall level

8. At least Wall level

And this is assuming you only suffer from an entry hole and still manage to keep your body parts intact. At least, IMHO.

This also heavily depends on how the bullet performs in some of fiction.

Then again, to be completely bulletproof, Lina Shields notes that you'd need 8-B dura.

Of course, penetrating power is a pain in the ass to deal with, so you might be better off asking calc members. Spino is doing his Reference for Common Feats page.

You need higher durability than Wall to tank most of those. Bullets aren't as simple as "this has X joules so it's wall". They have very small surface area, which means their energy density is very high. Also a bullet can use a steel/tungsten penetrator to further piercing power.

You'd probably need to be into Tier 8 to tank most of these, with 8-A being the threshold of being nigh-bulletproof.
