When Did MCU Strange resist time stop?

On his profile it lists that and a few other unsourced abilities, I don't remember him ever doing A good few of his abilities.

He resisted time stop in the Doctor Strange movie. Last fight with Kaecillius, After Kaicillius resisted the time reversal done by Strange, he stopped time and Strange resisted it.

On second thought, I think it could be because Strange's time reversal stopped because the green light on his wrist broke due to the impact.

The way I see that, time only stopped when the time stone hit the floor, not from his attack.

So that shouldn't be time stop for Kaecilius or resistance for Strange
