What Tier could it be classified by bodyweight exercises?

Like Push ups, Pull-Ups , etc .... .
For example: I can do Handstand Push ups and I weigh 100 kg.

I don't recall the rules for it, since you'd operate under the rules of The Real World. However, it'd mostly be Lifting Strength.
There are means of translating Lifting Strength to Striking Strength in some circumstances, but I don't recall how they work.

However, most real world humans can't get past 9-C on their physicals alone, maybe 9-B. Obviously, weaponry & such make for a different story.
