Could this be used for Lifting Strength?

I have seen characters such as Hashirama, Wolfram and Edward Elric get Class G. Class T and Class M Lifting strength for raising objects and moving them and making construct/statue/pillars.

I wanna know if this could be done for Diamondhead.
He is made up of crystals and uses them to make constructs as well and has complete control over his constructs (Scan),
He can bend them move them in air etc. Here are even more clips on his construct erect/raising.

Crystals are part of his biology these are not sperate constructs, He applies force to push them and project them and I think these should count as LS

The height for storm clouds Cumulonimbus are 8000m to 11800m. Can we use this (low end 8000m) for his construct height and get the Mass and use it for Lifting Strength ?

If he is able to move the constructs with his powers then it can scale to his crystal manipulation.

I don't think he could move them after they were built. Or if I could, I'd like proof. I've watched almost the entire series of Ben10. There is only a reboot only did not watch And from the previous installments, he couldn't move his buildings that were this big. Creation cannot be counted as LS.
