What is CHIM in-depth? How did Vivec and such attain it?

I've gotten into Elder Scrolls. I've started playing the games to get into the lore smoothly. I'm really intrigued by the Daedra, the Aedra and Vivec at the moment they seem like really interesting characters with tons of lore to snack on.

I would just like a zoom in on "CHIM". I know it's similar to Buddhism Nirvana and such. Beings can become Transdual. I'm having trouble finding books on its principles and also the way they attain it is pretty complex. All I know from the process is that you have to realize you're part of The Godheads dream. Could someone explain?
